Eating is a human instinct, but suddenly wanting to eat a certain type of food may mean that the body is sending you a message. Chinese medicine physician Lou Zhongliang pointed out that gluttony is related to the human brain and nerves. Greedy may be a warning signal that the body lacks certain nutrients, and the different foods you want to eat also represent the lack of different nutrients. The only exception is is thirsty.
Lou Zhongliang, the founding chairman of Taiwan Traditional Chinese Medicine Preventive and Health Care Association, pointed out on Facebook that gluttony does not necessarily mean hunger. For example, some people eat snacks or snacks when they are full, and it may just be the habit of eating desserts after meals.
