According to the US non-profit Environmental Working Group (EWG), the "15 Cleanest Vegetables and Fruits", that is, the ranking of 15 clean fruits and vegetables with the least pesticide residues.
Gao Minmin, a nutritionist, explained that the minimum pesticide residue is not completely pesticide-free, because most pesticide residues are within the prescribed safety standards, and the public should not worry too much.
❶Wash your hands with soap for about 20 seconds. ❷ Prepare a pot and wash vegetables and fruits with running tap water, about 2 times. ❸ Cut off damaged or rotted parts of leaves or stems. ❹After washing the vegetables, wipe the excess water with a paper towel or a clean towel, and then cook.
Gao Minmin reminds that, as long as it is cleaned before cooking, remember to cut vegetables and fruits after cleaning to avoid loss of nutrients.
