The second phase will continue to carry out the COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test on the inner and outer packaging of imported frozen food from December 11, andAdd the internal and external packaging of frozen meat and aquatic products from neighboring countries such as Japan, China, Vietnam and Indonesia as the sampling targets. As of December 22, a total of 47 batches of pork, beef, chicken and aquatic products imported from 7 countries have been sampled and tested. , 186 samples, the test results were all negative.

Chen Shizhong also emphasized that international organizations such as the WHO and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations have stated that there is currently no evidence that the new crown pneumonia virus can be transmitted through food, and there is no case of contracting the new crown pneumonia through food or its packaging.
