"Lowering High Blood Pressure" American Medical Doctor's Most Recommended Diet! Makes Arteries More Elastic And Helps With Weight Loss

The first two reasons (improved blood consistency, and vegetables that contain more potassium than sodium) can lower blood pressure quickly. Plus, losing weight will slowly lower your blood pressure as you start to lose weight. If you add exercise, blood pressure will drop even more.

Again, be sure to let your doctor know that you are adjusting your diet, so that the doctor will understand when it is appropriate to reduce your medication for you, and never do it by yourself.
