Chia seeds 80g, 320ml coconut milk drink, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 mango (peeled, cored and diced) 2 tablespoons of wolfberry, 2 tablespoons of dried coconut flakes (optional).

❶Pour coconut milk into a measuring cup. ❷ Divide chia seeds into 4 breakfast bowls, add about 80ml of coconut milk drink and 1 drop of vanilla extract to each. ❸Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. ❹ Before eating, sprinkle diced mango and wolfberry on the chia seeds, and if you have prepared coconut flakes, sprinkle them together.

3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 250 grams of fresh raspberries, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey or appropriate amount.

❶Put the raspberries and lemon juice into the blender, add 2 tablespoons of honey and puree them together. Taste it to see if you need a few more drops of honey. ❷Add in chia seeds and beat until smooth. ❸Pour the beaten jam into a glass jar with a capacity of 340g, tightly seal the lid and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour until it is set. Raspberry Chia Seed Jam that can be refrigerated for several days.

Fresh raspberries can be swapped out for frozen raspberries, which means you can enjoy this delicious jam year-round. Remember to thaw the raspberries slightly before putting them in the blender.
