30g oats, 1 sweet potato (170g), 1 pinch curry powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Add curry powder and stir fry quickly, add 500ml of water (prepared separately) and turn to medium heat. ❸After the water boils, add oatmeal and salt, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 3~4 minutes.
