Japanese cuisine researcher Megumi Fujii offers 4 simple cabbage dishes that can be done in just 1 minute.
2 pieces of cabbage (100g), 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 pinch of bonito flakes.
❶ Put 1 cup of water in the omelet pan and bring to a boil. ❷Cut the cabbage into smaller bite-size pieces. ❸Put the cabbage in 1 and simmer for 1 minute. Squeeze out the water and mix well with Worcestershire sauce and bonito flakes.
2 pieces of cabbage (100g), 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili oil.
❶ Put 1 cup of water and salt into the omelet pan and bring to a boil. ❷Cut the cabbage into smaller bite-size pieces. ❸Put the cabbage in 1 and simmer for 1 minute. Squeeze dry and mix with chili oil.
2 pieces of cabbage (100g), salt...1 tsp, red ginger...1 tsp.
❶ Put 1 cup of water and salt into the omelet pan and bring to a boil. ❷Cut the cabbage into smaller bite-size pieces. ❸Put the cabbage in 1 and simmer for 1 minute. Squeeze dry and mix with red ginger.
2 pieces of cabbage (100g), 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper, 1/2 tsp soy sauce.
❶ Put 1 cup of water in the omelet pan and bring to a boil. ❷Cut the cabbage into smaller bite-size pieces. ❸Put the cabbage in 1 and simmer for 1 minute. Squeeze out the water and mix well with yuzu pepper and soy sauce.
